You have 30 days from the date of delivery to test your ring light. If you are experiencing technical difficulties or the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately.

2. Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in "as-new" condition. This includes:

• All Original Components: The ring light, ball-joint adapter, and phone clamp must be returned in the box.

• Original Packaging: Please ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during return transit.

• Functionality: We verify that the item is not damaged due to improper use (e.g., water damage, drops, or improper power supply usage).

3. Handling Defective Products

We stand by the quality of our lighting kits. If you receive a unit that is flickering, has a non-responsive controller, or is missing parts:

• Please provide a short video or photo of the issue to [Your Support Email].

• We will expedite a free replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

4. Returns Due to Personal Preference

If the ring light is fully functional but you simply decided it wasn’t the right fit for your studio space:

• You may return the item within 30 days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

• A small restocking fee may be applied if the original packaging is significantly damaged or missing.
